Classes

Proletariat Butchery classes are open to absolutely all skill levels. These classes will provide a fun and eye-opening evening where we talk about the intricacies of meat, cooking and butchery. Understanding animal anatomy and where each cut comes from on the animal directly informs the preferred cooking method. You will walk away with a bounty of meat and a happy heart. Vegetarians are especially encouraged to attend!
